Roseville Church of Christ 17415 Eleven Mile Rd, Roseville MI 586-771-5311
We are a group of ladies dedicated to encouraging others. In doing so, we get a feeling of great joy. Since we started meeting two years ago God has led us to many children and adults with need. People lonely, very sick, scared and in some cases forgotten.
The need I had inside me to encourage others was overwhelming I decided to go to the James Group -a 12 step closer walk with God program. I thought I can offer some encouragement and help. To my surprise I found many Godly people that encouraged me. I have been in the class going on three years. Not because I'm a slow learner. I will never tire of going. These are the people I look up to. I had Got to a point where I was wanting God to take over my life and guide me and put me where His plan was for me. I talked to the Elders about my plans and they told me to go for it. The Rose of Sharon Ministries was born.
To keep Gods work going you need to make a commitment. And we have.
Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably morethan All we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at Work within us, to Him be glory in the Church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever Amen. Ephesians 3:20

Often thru the year we prepare cheer baskets. Our congregation graciously delivers them to relatives, shut ins, neighbors, and co-workers to let them know we care about them in their time of need.
To add a special touch to our ministries, we create bead bracelets. When they wear them it is our hope they will remember someone cares. We deliver them to sick children and adults at places listed above. Thank you Ronita and Sue for donating the beads and your time.
On Holidays we create wrist corsages for St. John on Moross. We are allowed to go to the floor where emergency patients are held over for test results. This gives them a chance to take their minds off their concerns.
The Church of Christ Assisted Living will be receiving stuffed animals and other needed items.
As always we give God the Glory. What keeps a work going? Committed Christians -men and women loving each other working together.

Making cuddle blankets is our specialty. We know the security, warmth and love we send will be a joy to adults and children. Our tag is sewn on each cuddle blanket;
